Before I yield to Dr. Burgess, I echo what Congresswoman Castor just said about the staffs that have worked so hard. We couldn't have done this bill without all the individuals she just named. I also thank her. When she said I have been tireless, she makes me look like a snail, and she is the rabbit working every day to make this possible. Mr. Speaker, I yield 3 minutes to the gentleman from Texas (Mr. Burgess), the distinguished subcommittee chairman of the Health Subcommittee, my good friend.
