I was very heartened by the opening comments of Mr. Rush and Mr. Pallone.
Is there any reason that we couldn't have just a no-data-sharing policy period until you are 18?
It is not complicated if you are an elected member of Congress and all of a sudden Medicare recipients start showing up ...
But Part 2 provides stronger protections for individuals. Most Federal laws don't.
