I do support the gentleman's amendment. I want to commend him for his leadership on this issue. I hope we will accept it on a voice vote. I see Mr. Rush. I am willing to yield to my good friend from Chicago (Mr. Rush) if he wishes to speak on it. I was told he might.

It is always good to have hearings like this to try to, through bipartisan basis, get facts on the table.
I am a little bit skeptical if we are doing this simply because we don't like natural gas power, we don't like coal power, we don't like nuclear power, because that would be an added cost that somebody's got to bear.
