EPA back in 2006 suggested that we shouldn't regulate farm dust. I wish the EPA would dust that proposal off and institute it instead of even thinking about regulating farm dust.

Now, I want to ask Mr. Salo, you have mentioned two principles that legislation that actually works should have. You mentioned flexibility. Does ACE Kids have flexibility?
