Before I yield to the gentlewoman from Tennessee, I would point out that the light bulbs that my good friend, Mr. Doyle, just alluded to, are five times to six times as expensive as the traditional incandescent light bulb, and they are not manufactured--I think there is one facility in the United States, a Sylvania facility, that still makes light bulbs. The rest have moved overseas. I yield 3 minutes to a cosponsor of the legislation, a member of the committee, Mrs. Blackburn of Tennessee.
