The Clerk read as follows: Mr. Castro of Texas moves to recommit the bill H.R. 5325 to the Committee on Appropriations with instructions to report the same back to the House forthwith with the following amendment: In the ``Capital Construction and Operations'' account, on page 17, line 6, after the dollar amount, insert ``(reduced by $200,000)''. In the ``Library of Congress--Salaries and Expenses'' account, on page 25, line 24, after the first dollar amount, insert ``(increased by $200,000)''. The SPEAKER pro tempore.
