The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 27, after line 18, insert the following: ``(xiii) Women's hunting and fishing advocacy, outreach, or education organization. ``(xiv) Minority hunting and fishing advocacy, outreach, or education organization. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 470, the gentleman from Texas (Mr. Castro) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Texas.
