Thank you, Congressman Richmond, for reminding us that the big businesses that get attacked by hacks make the big headlines, but we can't forget about small businesses and medium-sized businesses who day in and day out are vulnerable to the same kind of cybersecurity threats. Is there objection to the request of the gentleman from Texas? There was no objection. The CHAIR. The gentleman is recognized for 5 minutes. Mr. McCAUL. Mr. Chairman, I support the gentleman's amendment. The gentleman is correct. I urge my colleagues to support this amendment, Mr. Chairman, and I yield back the balance of my time.
