Mitigate staffing shortages by hiring, training, and certifying technical staff to be ready to assume those critical radar maintenance duties as technicians retire.

Our nation's cyber frontier and critical infrastructure are far too vulnerable to attack, and we must do more to make sure that we outpace our adversaries.

With the current resource limitations, I am very concerned about your agency's capacity to defend against the threats that you just mentioned, especially when you said, it is only the tip of an iceberg.
