ICE has not made us more safe by arresting 5-year-olds, by shooting delivery drivers, by raiding construction sites.

Now, we have to make sure he fully recovers, is reunited with his family, and gets to tell law enforcement the full story of how he was shot in the back by ICE.

The US must do the same.

Liam should be starting kindergarten this week, and instead he's sitting in a trailer prison.
