The threat from global terrorists is real.

Today, more than 90 nations are joined in a global coalition to defeat terror.

I'm honored to be here in Prague, home to so much of Europe's history and culture.

NATO will do what it has done before: We will stand firm against the enemies of freedom, and we'll prevail.

Our goal is to secure the peace through the comprehensive and verified disarmament of Iraq's weapons of mass destruction.

War is my last choice, my last option.

I strongly support a Europe which is whole, free, and at peace.

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, including the Trade Act of 2002, it is hereby ordered as follows:

We must work together to give small businesses an environment in which they can thrive.

The United States Congress has taken an historic and bold step forward to protect the American people by passing legislation to create the Department of Homeland Security.

I am committed to reducing taxes for all Americans—especially small businesses.

I commend the employees who will move into this new Department for their hard work and dedication to the war on terrorism.

Small businesses have always been the backbone of our economy.

Small business embodies so much of what America is all about.

I commend the House and Senate for passing terrorism insurance legislation.

We understand Russia has got interests there, as do other countries.

Our position on Chechnya is, we hope this can get solved peacefully.

I believe in the concept of Europe, free, whole, and at peace.

We expect them to disarm, is what the signal said.

I hope that Mr. Saddam Hussein disarms, like he said he would do.

I believe that NATO expansion is good for America.

Our intelligence sharing is much better than it ever has been before.

Freedom is essentially a human condition. It's not an American gift. It is God's gift to the world.

We believe in free speech.
