Part of securing our borders is moving forward on a guest worker program.

A nation of laws can also be a welcoming nation, and I believe a guest-worker program will help us rid the society and the border of those coyotes who smuggle people in the back of 18-wheelers.

We commit to develop a common approach to critical infrastructure protection, coordinated responses to cross border incidents, and coordinated training and exercises.
