During Asian/Pacific American Heritage Month, we honor and celebrate the millions of Asian/Pacific Americans whose contributions have helped make America a strong, vibrant, and free society.

Law Day is an occasion for us to celebrate our Constitution and to honor those in the judiciary and legal profession who work to uphold and serve its principles.

By the grace of God, they found safe haven.

Our message to the Sudanese Government is, we expect there to be full compliance with the international desire for there to be peace in the Darfur region.

The greatest strength of America is in the heart and soul of its people.

We all want, which is energy security.

I think preparation is preparation at all levels of government.

My attitude is that the oil companies need to be mindful that the American people expect them to reinvest their cash flows in such a way that it enhances our energy security.

I urge all citizens to honor their elders and reaffirm our country's commitment to their well-being this month and throughout the year.

Democracy is the wave of the future.

I commend America's workers and small-business owners, innovators and educators for contributing to the strong economic health of our Nation.

This year's theme, 'Choices for Independence,' reflects the importance of our citizens making retirement, lifestyle, and health choices that enhance their quality of life as they grow older.

I'm not a supporter of boycotts; I am a supporter of comprehensive immigration.

Our Nation is blessed by our seniors.

I also call upon Government officials to display the flag of the United States in support of this national observance.

We all want, which is peace and democracy.

I call upon the people of the United States to learn more about the history of Asian/Pacific Americans and their role in our national story.

We expect the Sudanese Government to be good-faith bargainers; we expect the rebels to be good-faith bargainers.

We're proud you're here.

I encourage them to give me that authority.

I appreciate our senior citizens for their achievements and contributions to our Nation.

I appreciate so very much the Government's contribution of support in troops to the new democracy in Iraq.

I recognize it's hard to enforce the border and have interior enforcement if there is a smuggling network that's bringing people across.

I have made this decision under the authority vested in me as President by section 721 of the Defense Production Act of 1950.

The answer is, is for there to be strong reinvestment to make this country more secure from an energy perspective.
