I have determined that actual or foreseeable reductions in U.S. tariffs and non-tariff trade barriers resulting from multilateral negotiations are satisfactorily reciprocated by the Republic of Hungary.

Such progress would not have been possible but for the framework for peace and stability that the Treaty has provided.

I have further found that a satisfactory balance of concessions in trade and services has been maintained during the life of the Agreement on Trade Relations between the United States of America and the Republic of Hungary.

I am grateful to each and every one of you that is fighting hard to bring these people to justice.
