The enactment of the 21st Century Cures in December of 2016 was a great achievement, particularly in a time of sharp partisanship and gridlock.

The ACE Kids Act aims to improve the delivery care for children with complex medical conditions served by Medicaid.

Neither these bills nor the Committee's other efforts have gone far enough to address many of the underlying challenges facing this sector.
