The 21st Century Cures Act was a landmark law and included important provisions to strengthen mental and substance use disorder care for women, children and adolescents.

I am happy to see that our committee will be considering H.R. 3325, the Advancing Care for Exceptional Kids, or ACE Kids Act.

Harris Health uses the savings from the program on patient care services which include the cost of treatment, administration, management of services and facilities, and improves access to quality health care for our community.

Thank you, Mr. Chairman, for holding today's hearing on these bipartisan drafts and legislation to improve the delivery cost of healthcare in our country.
