While I understand the purpose of CFIUS is to consider each transaction in light of national security, I am interested in how labor issues are considered.
A lot of my district is medically underserved in a very urban area and Texas Children's Hospital has clinics in those areas where a lot of our other hospitals do not, so I sure appreciate it.
I hope we all agree on the importance of 340B and the need to stretch scarce federal resources as far as possible to reach more eligible patients and provide more comprehensive services.
