Communities of color are disproportionately vulnerable to the impacts of climate change caused by increased greenhouse gas emissions.

I would just encourage the Secretary and the leadership at DOT to stay focused on ensuring that these funds are getting out to local communities as quickly as possible.

So also an enthusiastic supporter of the CHIPS and Science Act, which, as you know, really is building on quantum technologies.
