Transit is critical to our nation's vitality, so having a robust workforce is important to the nation.

I would just encourage the Secretary and the leadership at DOT to stay focused on ensuring that these funds are getting out to local communities as quickly as possible.

It is critically important to make sure that everyone is benefitting from this legislation.
