We need investments in the operation, staffing, and pay and benefits to keep and attract people to aviation jobs.

It is critically important to make sure that everyone is benefitting from this legislation.

I would just encourage the Secretary and the leadership at DOT to stay focused on ensuring that these funds are getting out to local communities as quickly as possible.

Ultimately, however, we will need to enact policy to regulate greenhouse gas emissions.
