Communities of color are disproportionately vulnerable to the impacts of climate change caused by increased greenhouse gas emissions.

He understood that the business of legislating and good politics required great skill in the art of compromise.

Ultimately, however, we will need to enact policy to regulate greenhouse gas emissions.
