Colin Allred: “We can’t allow that to happen in this country.”

But I'm nowhere near done serving my community and our state. Today, I'm announcing my campaign for Congress to represent the newly drawn Congressional District 33.

What about the stock trading in Congress? What about people getting rich in Congress?

Texas' 33rd Congressional District: Colin Allred, who went undrafted but played 32 games for the Tennessee Titans, won this Dallas-area district with a whopping 79 percent of the vote. He's a Democrat.

And I have to say to them, you're absolutely right about that, too. We need to be better.
