I think it`s certainly time for the president to make pushing to pass H.R.1 and the John Lewis Voting Rights Act, to make those as high priority as anything else on his agenda.

Well, I respect Senator Manchin. I`ve spoken with him before about what`s happening here in Texas. But he`s wrong that the government is just going to be able to stand behind every voter and these laws are not going to have an impact.

the plan here was to create chaos and to try and use whatever method they could to muddy the waters enough to try and pull off what they knew was against the law.

It`s a civil rights issue. Drug use is equal across racial groups. So we see only certain groups being prosecuted under it.
