I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 157, after line 2, insert the following new section: Sec. 10002. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to enforce section 526 of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 (Public Law 110-140; 42 U.S.C. 17142). The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 312, the gentleman from Texas (Mr. Flores) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Texas.
