The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 157, after line 2, insert the following new section: Sec. 10002. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to enforce section 526 of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 (Public Law 110-140; 42 U.S.C. 17142). The Acting CHAIR.
