part of the problem with VA has been a severe lack of continuity in oversight due to an unwillingness of Members to serve on the VA Committees

I`m as optimistic as I`ve ever been. And I think it has a lot to do with traveling this state constantly, and seeing so many good people.

There is potentially a latent one, one in the background that may become more in the foreground at one point.
