If we don`t have voting rights, if we don`t have democracy, then anything else that we care about, an economy that works for everyone, health care for all, racial justice, confronting climate change before it`s too late -- none of that is possible if we can`t vote.
O`Rourke argues that without voting rights, other critical issues cannot be addressed.
