So the point that I took from that, and I will cede to the Chair, is that there are not enough resources dedicated to support services which includes funding the appropriate case manager to client ratio, and it is making it harder for those providers to extend mental health care, transportation, family care to their clients that in turn helps them to transition out of homelessness.
