On an issue such as this, no one should be left behind who has played a role in helping with this cause. We have mentioned that it is bipartisan, but it is also bicameral. Senators Cruz and Cornyn have played a role in helping us to get this message to the world. Mr. Speaker, I want to thank them, the 41 Members who signed on, and all others who signed on to a letter that we sent to the President.
