“I know it is a very bipartisan piece of legislation because about 2 weeks ago the President agreed to sign onto it. With the President being the one that does it with authority over the IRS, we do not need to delegate that to an appointed board because so often in any level of government, whether it be Federal, State, or even local government, the elected official needs to have the final version, the buck stops at the office of the President.”
