when somebody in my district that is a blue collar worker gets a job at Johnson Space Center, they move to the district of the gentleman from Texas (Mr. Lampson) or the district of the gentleman from Texas (Mr. DeLay) or the district of the gentleman from Texas (Mr. Bentsen). They do not stay typically in my district in the inner-city. But it is important to those blue collar workers. That is why, Mr. Chairman, I hope when we do go to conference committee, that that funding will be restored.
