It is amazing to me how we on this committee are denigrating Mr. Zelensky in the eyes of his country and in the world because we can't make a case against this President.

What is central here is, whether we want a dictator? No matter how popular he may be, no matter how good or bad the results of his policies may be, no President is supposed to be a dictator in the United States.
