No. What I'm saying to you, sir, is your belief is obviously that the Second Amendment is an individual right so that the States that have laws that say you have to be 21, those laws should be abolished and we should limit it to 18. For the record, I have talked about States' rights on medical tort liability, and I've talked about States' rights on medical marijuana.
