The confirmation bill is a good bill for the Senate, and Senator Schumer and I are going to meet with the White House Director of Personnel and encourage them to clean up and make more orderly the executive branch nominations process so we have less of the 'innocent until nominated' phenomenon.
Alexander supports a bill to improve the nominations process.
