Thank you, Mr. Chairman. I, too, want to express my appreciation for this resolution. I am proud to be a cosponsor. After this event happened, this unprovoked attack by the North on the island, my son and I communicated with a good friend of ours in Korea and learned of some of the devastation and so on. This is a serious matter. This resolution speaks in, I think, excellent detail as to what we expect in terms of activity by the North. And I want to again thank Chairman Berman and Mr. Poe and others who have brought this to the floor.
