Ever since the Supreme Court ruled that you could not read your Bible or say prayers in school, I have fought religiously to get that changed. And I think the conference report language does not go far enough. We should revert back to what the gentleman from Tennessee's amendment did in his motion to instruct conferees. Mr. Speaker, I urge a yes vote on his motion.
