it is true, and I think it is by varying degrees, depending on where one is in the country. In certain parts of the country, there is a tremendous need for renovation and repair of current facilities, not only repairing in terms of repairing the buildings and fixing glass, but we have needs for infrastructure. We talk about the Internet and computers. A lot of our buildings, they are not even wired to accept them, and many places do not have the land. Other places are growing so rapidly, they need new buildings. So it is a combination. The answer is absolutely yes. I think it is different between different parts of the country, but it is true all across America. America is one of those great countries where one can travel the world and we say to a child anywhere in America, if you want to go to public schools, you can go. It is a great smorgasbord of opportunity for the future. Step up, enjoy yourself, and take all you will.
