Senator John Kerry plans to fully fund the No Child Left Behind Act that the Republican leadership has shortchanged by $27 billion. Senator Kerry also supports school construction legislation to build new schools and get children out of trailers. As the first member of his family to go to college, John Edwards will work to make sure that families have opportunities for higher education.”
