The cause of this problem is increased spending, not a lack of revenue.

I do think that nuclear is an important part of our all-of-the-above energy policy and I want to see that move forward.

The law is the law, and NASA's job is to follow it to the letter, not spend time and resources in an attempt to be evasive.

I strongly urge the Members of this committee to avoid these punitive taxes.
