I do want to observe the staggered board issue I think has not been universally accepted.

I fear that we have this sort of personality culture here even in our Government.
I do think we kind of struggle to define what a systemic risk is going to be.
My hope would be we would have a systemic risk council that would have this ability to see above the silos.
I think many of us have thought we would be better off just having a resolution entity that could resolve it appropriately.
the board members really, as good as they are, the respected individual, they have their own companies. They have their own fish to fry in many cases.
I very much, as you know, support your outlook as it relates to the resolution issue.
I think that is really a big point. I think that is something that--you know, we are looking at creating something new, and I know we will debate that, and we may come up with the right solution.
if there had been a resolution mechanism in place, would that not have actually... reduced the risk to some degree?
