I really applaud your administration--our administration for continuing to suspend the 3-month time limit on SNAP benefits for unemployed adults without dependents.

I think all of us can agree about that bolstering our infrastructure is important, and in theory this should be bipartisan work.

We can't come to the end of this and have so many more people of color falling into the--not even into the ranks of the poor but into the ranks of those who are hungry.

I think one of the issues, there may be areas of low unemployment. But with people of color, you have high unemployment.
