It certainly is nice to see a good bipartisan piece of legislation pass through this House. It is a good way to start. I appreciate the cooperation of everybody involved. In closing, I want to say that this targeted bill can help every community where a meth lab has been discovered. I would urge a ``yes'' vote on H.R. 365.
