That seems to me to be a fair result. I don't know if they would stand for us telling them what their Republican amendment is going to be. But that is, in essence, what they are asking us to accept. We will tell you what Democratic amendment we will allow you to offer, and if you don't agree, you are the ones holding up progress. We can't accept that. Obviously, we can't accept that.
