I would just say on the amendment, there is nothing in there that would limit the lawyers' fees for the insurance industry. Those are unlimited. While they limit the legal fees for lawyers defending patients, there is nothing to limit the legal fees for lawyers defending HMOs and insurance companies. I find that quite ironic.
