This is something that really does deserve a framework, a national framework.

It seems to me to make a lot of sense that there should be a Federal health board that has some oversight responsibility.

Federal action to establish a mandatory program to limit greenhouse gas emissions is sensible and will provide agricultural producers with significant new market opportunities.

I believe in that slogan that it is so much easier to build a child than to repair an adult.
