I want to commend him. He has taken on his responsibilities under very difficult circumstances. I cannot imagine a more challenging way with which to begin your new role than to take on the responsibilities midcourse. I must say, Mr. President, he has done it in a way that he can be proud. It has been a joy to work with him. I think we have gotten more done than most people would have expected. I think, in fact, we surprised a few people. And we will continue to do our best to represent our caucuses but also to work to try to represent our country. I look forward to working with him for many months and years to come.
