It seems to me to make a lot of sense that there should be a Federal health board that has some oversight responsibility.

I think we need to change the paradigm in this country on health.

As we look to ways with which to bring down costs, I am absolutely convinced that a big part of that effort... will be determined by the degree to which generic drugs are allowed to play the role that it can.

It is no longer an illness-driven system, it is a wellness-driven system.
