Since the markup, I have received a request for an additional $1,200,000 for emergency assistance for the Crow Creek Sioux Tribe in South Dakota. The Crow Creek community of Fort Thompson suffered damages that require road repairs, monitoring and cleanup of sewage, repairs to the tribal administration building, and repair to the irrigation pump on the tribal farm. Is it the chairman's belief that these repairs can be accomplished within the funding provided?
