South Africa is an important partner that the United States must do more to engage at the highest levels.

Do we have a similar type of situation developing here with regard to individuals that are trying to get to work paying a higher price for their gasoline, and now they are seeing the possibilities of other things going by the wayside?

But it is not political in nature. It is economic in nature to say that the inflationary trends that we are seeing are partially from the ability to of consumers, with cash in their pockets, to be able to pay a higher price.
