I think we have a big problem right now because if a foreign adversary, a government fired a rocket and blew up a building, we would make the business that owned the building whole and then we would go to war.

I would argue that we might need to have a more balanced approach to holding people accountable that are perpetuating drugs and profiting off of drug-addicted individuals, and also help people that do, in fact, need help.

This is a government process that is really inhibiting us from coming forward, as best we can, with a future process that will benefit all of the American people.
