This is reckless, and we need to be competitive in the global economy, and we cannot do that if we spend money we do not have.

I am one of millions of Americans that had planned to purchase a house that cannot because my 2 1/2 percent mortgage is looking up at a 7 percent interest rate.

I do not think any American believed that that reduced inflation, and that money needs to go back to addressing our debt and our deficit and we cannot spend recklessly.

At a time when every seat matters, protecting our Republican majority is more important than any individual's political future.
